Subscription questions
What's the difference between Free, Premium and Pro?
The Free plan covers the essentials: 1 active tournament, 16 teams per tournament and 50 MB of storage. Premium unlocks 5 simultaneous tournaments, 64 teams per tournament, 1 GB of storage, full exports and priority support. Pro lifts the caps: unlimited tournaments and teams, 25 GB of storage, with the same full exports and the same priority support. Full customization of the pages is included on ALL THREE plans, and no plan restricts tournament formats.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. To move up to a higher plan, go to your subscription area: the time you have already paid for is credited back, and the new plan starts the same day.
Example — you are on Premium (€24.99/month) and you move up to Pro (€59.99/month) halfway through your month: the €12.50 you have not used is credited back, you pay €47.49, and your Pro month starts again from zero. The amount is shown before you confirm.
Switching between monthly and yearly is done right here. To move down to a cheaper plan, cancel instead: you keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. Plans have no commitment — you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
How does cancellation work?
Cancellation is one click away from your subscription page. Access remains active until the end of the paid period, then the account automatically returns to the Free plan. Your tournaments and data are kept.
Is payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details never go through our servers.
